Born and raised in the Caribbean I’ve been a U.S. citizen for decades. Currently living in NYC, I have a career I love, friendships and partnerships with extraordinary men and women, and my passions are aroused by a variety of things including friends, nature, movies, art, sports, learning new things.
I enjoy sharing ideas, have an insatiable curiosity and value being inspired and inspiring others so I created the food for the soul™ experience–a space for exchanging ideas that inspire. I am presently collaborating on a book about freedom.
